Menhaden's Commanding Officer, Lieutenant Commander Dale C. Johnson, with the three-dimensional model of the Menhaden's Emblem. The authentic Indian headdress was created for Dale by Elders of the Yakima Indian Tribe in Wapato, Washington, his hometown.
